2. Goods and availability
We sell meat, groceries and related food products. All orders are subject to stock availability. Product images and descriptions are illustrative; weights, cuts and availability may vary where clearly indicated.
3. Collection and order confirmation
Orders are for collection from Namanameng Butchery unless delivery is expressly offered at checkout. We will process requests subject to availability and confirm collection details using the order reference and the contact details supplied with the order. Customers must bring their order reference when collecting.
4. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Customers may cancel an order before collection without an administration fee. If goods are unavailable or damaged, we will offer a credit to the customer’s virtual wallet where that option is available, or refund the amount to the same payment method used for payment. Refund timing may depend on the relevant payment provider or bank.
5. Privacy
We process customer contact, account and order information only as needed to create, fulfil, support and protect orders and customer accounts, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Customers may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting us at the email address above.
6. Payment and card security
Payment methods available for an order are shown at checkout. When online card payment is enabled, card transactions are acquired through PayGate (Pty) Ltd, an approved payment gateway for South African acquiring banks. Card details are entered on the payment gateway’s secure site and are not stored by Namanameng Butchery. Customer and order details are stored separately from card details.
7. Country, currency and responsibility
The merchant outlet country is South Africa and transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR). This offering is available to South African customers. Namanameng Butchery is responsible for the sale of goods, customer service, dispute resolution, collection and any delivery it offers.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Namanameng Butchery may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new orders from its stated update date.
